Project Thrive is moving people in poverty towards prosperity. This county-wide initiative provides individuals in the Rock Island and Florenciente neighborhoods access to GED, computer and job skills training. Casa Guanajuato is home base for the Moline services.
The program is funded by the Doris and Victor Foundation with support from the Rock Island County Task Force on Poverty.
