The biggest complaints CCC hears about have to do with irresponsible neighbors: they're noisy or let their animals run loose.  Number three is "the car that doesn't move".  Vehicles on the street have to move every 3 days and those on private property every 7 days.  Vehicles must have current registration, if parked in a yard they must be on an improved surface (concrete or gravel), and they must be operable.  Anything less, they are then susceptible to being marked and towed.  Even if they're behind a fence and can't be seen, they can be marked and towed.  Call the police at 732-2677 and let CCC know the progress.
