Candidates Forum Thurs. Night

CCC and Rock Island Township will host a Primary Election Candidates Forum this Thursday, January 14th. It will be held at Rock Island High School’s Little Theater, running from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. The theater is easily accessed from the north side parking lot, off 23rd Avenue.

Candidates (with opponents) for Rock Island County Sheriff, Clerk, Treasurer and District 15 of the County Board are expected to attend. Candidates will have opening and closing statements and opportunities for rebuttal.

Written questions will be taken from the audience. Here’s your chance to be part of the democratic process, meeting and questioning several candidates in person. Please join us!
