First time users:

1. Change your email password.
   
   1. Go to our hosting service's email client at www.webmail.1and1.com enter your RIcaring.org email address (eg. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and your password (1234567 for new users). Once logged in you can then click the Settings tab near the top of the home page and click on the change password link near the middle of the following page. If you plan to continue to access your email using webmail.1and1.com
      you should also change settings such as your outgoing display name and time zone as well as any outgoing signatures or options you wish.
2. Email login.
   
   1. In addition to using www.webmail.1and1.com You may also use our web based email client at www.mail.ricaring.org to access your email. Please note that each email client you use will have its own separate settings (except password) that you should configure. These settings include outgoing display name and time zone. Each client you use will need its settings configured the first time it is used as changes in one do not effect changes in another. To change your settings from the www.mail.ricaring.org email client click on Personal Settings and then on the Identities Tab. You will see your current email address, click on it to configure settings like your outgoing display name and signatures.

2. It is recommended to use IMAP instead of POP3 if your email client program supports it as this will give you access to your email folders when logging in from other computers.
